Cupar Clicks … helping businesses sell online

Work has started on the creation of a new multi-vendor platform to support businesses in Cupar – funded by CuparNow, the town’s award-winning Digital Improvement District with support from the Scottish Government’s Resilience Fund.

Cupar’s Troopers: Working together …

These are very challenging times – but we have been blown away by the community spirit of those wanting to help. This Blog is the first of what we are sure will be a number that we will share over the coming days and weeks to update all on issues surrounding the Coronavirus and how it is impacting on our town, residents, businesses, community groups, schools, college, health and social care partnerships as well as on those planning to visit.

CuparNow has won the ‘Digital Impact Award‘ at this year’s Good Retail Awards.

We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the ‘Digital Impact Award‘ at this year’s Good Retail Awards.  The awards celebrate those making a positive impact in the retail industry and will be handed out at the Spring Fair (at Birmingham’s NEC) on the 4th February.

Cupar’s Amateur Musical Society has teamed up with CuparNow, the town’s new Digital Improvement District, to help promote and sell the Society’s upcoming production.

We’re on YouTube

CuparNow is on YouTube. We are adding to the digital platforms we’re managing to best support businesses and organisations in the town. YouTube has some 1.9 billion users worldwide. In the UK, it is the second most popular social media channel with just over 37 million adults. The average viewing session is now 40 minutes – up 50% in just 12 months.

CUPAR DID IT!

Businesses across Cupar have voted “emphatically” to back CuparNow and create the world’s first Digital Improvement District. At this week’s count – of the businesses and organisations who cast their votes – more than 60% gave their support …

CuparNow is ‘by business, for business‘ – but we know and appreciate none of the town’s businesses would thrive were it not for the incredible community spirit that abounds in the town.
