Cupar’s Christmas Lights Switch-On 2024
All the fun of the festive fair …
On Friday – from 5pm until 9pm – head to Fluthers Car Park for the Festive Funfair.
The Fair will also run on Saturday at the same venue from 1230 until 9pm. There will also be funfair rides and activities on Crossgate on Saturday from noon until 8pm.
Meet Santa!
Head to Cupar Youth Cafe (just up the hill from the Corn Exchange) to visit Santa’s Grotto. Father Christmas will be in his Grotto on Saturday 23rd from 11am until 1pm and then returns from 2pm until 4.45pm.
Christmas Market …
There is a Christmas Market with the Adamson League in the Corn Exchange that will run from 10am until 5pm.
Naturally, all the shops, cafes and restaurants across town will be open too – so make this the perfect opportunity to come to town for your Christmas shopping, to meet with friends and family and enjoy all that Cupar has to offer this season.

Light up time …
Be there for the countdown! Cupar’s Citizen of The Year is announced – and they will then turn on Cupar’s lights at 6pm sharp! Don’t be late!
