Know Howe – a film project

Local charity, Heids & Herts Scotland, have received funding to make a short film and podcast about the people and community groups that use the 14 village halls in the Howe of Fife for creative arts activities.

They are scheduling some location filming and looking for exciting projects, community events, and feature stories – both current and historical – that have contributed to the community’s cultural life.

The ‘My Village Hall’ project is supported by the Rural Communities Ideas into Action fund, supported by the Scottish Government and delivered by Inspiring Scotland to encourage and support innovative approaches to community-led local development in rural communities across Scotland.

Cupar’s Year of Stories

Have you heard of Cupar’s Year of Stories? 2022 is Scotland’s Year of Stories and we are inviting all to tell their stories of Cupar so we can record them on our Blog and the CuparNow podcast – helping to contribute to the project and create an archive for the town. You can read more on the project via this link – and submit your Cupar stories using our online form by clicking on the image below.
