Meldrums

Meldrums is an established family-run business of more than 40 years. The current family took over in 1997, moving to their current custom-built premises on the Business Park in 2000. The move, together with improved technology (a stock management system from 2011) has allowed them to increase both their product range and services offered.

Their engineers have over 36 years of experience, attending regular training session keeps them up to date with the latest service/repair techniques. Due to experience gained over the years they are also capable of carrying out the more bespoke requirements of our customers. Caulders Garden Centre

Caulders is an independent family-owned group of five garden centres across central Scotland. Their centres are packed full of garden inspiration, great gift ideas and tasty treats. Founded in 1999 by Colin and Mandy Barrie, they’ve grown steadily now employing more than 200 staff. Cupar is the newest addition to the Caulders family. The plant area is a great hit with customers from near and far: gardeners will find seeds and bulbs to specimen plants … and a great selection of garden furniture.

They also have a great gift shop that not only boasts many gifts for the garden and home but also offers ranges of clothing, books and handbags. There’s a very popular coffee shop where they sell their home-baked cakes and tray bakes – and a full menu of snacks and lunches. They are open seven days a week – from 9am to 5.30pm. Cupar Ford

Cupar Ford Centre is an independent retail Ford dealer on the park. Since the purchase of the company by the Short family in 2007, they’ve been expanding quickly and are now well-established. You’ll still see models on the former town centre site opposite Fluthers Car Park (below middle), but their home on the Business Park has allowed the company to expand to provide a whole new offering.
