Campaigning support

CuparNow has always been apolitical in our work – but some things, especially the education and support of youngsters in our community, rise above politics.

We have liaised with local MSP, Willie Rennie, and are more than happy to echo his words in support of the Animal Care Unit. The Elmwood Campus – once a shining and award-winning beacon of training, education and development – is the victim of death by a thousand cuts.

We urge our readers to sign the petition to save this vital facility.

Perhaps then, the powers that be at SRUC might listen? Decisions take far away have a real and detrimental impact at a community level. All power to those trying their best to reverse this.
