Bums Off Seats Cupar Health Walk – Walk Leaders needed!
Every Monday the group meets at Fluthers Car Park Information point at 1.20pm for a 1.30pm start.
The walk is around an hour long and nearly always ends with coffee and cake! Everyone is welcome, and the group has been described as “welcoming”, “cheery” and “friendly” with one walker saying “its not just going for a walk, its about exercise and socialising, which has been very important since lockdown and the isolation it brought”.
