The Woodland Tarvit Park committee have asked us to pass on their thanks to everyone who helped to make their Easter Egg Hunt such a fantastic success!

Mairi Lumsden of the committee says: “Thank you to everyone that came along and supported our event – we all had an absolute ball!” Mairi adds: “We would especially like to say a massive thank you to Fishers & Donaldson and Tesco’s for supplying hot cross buns, to Tesco’s in Dundee for supplying funds for our hot stall with teas, coffees and pancakes, to Morrisons in St Andrews, the Co-op in Cupar, Asda in Glenrothes, Steven Stewart’s Funerals in Cupar for supplying Easter Eggs.” Every single egg was handed out on the day.

A vote of thanks also goes to everyone who donated home baking, to the “fantastic face painting team” and, last but not least, to all the committee members whose team effort made the event so successful.

The egg hunt was free – but donations for the baking, face painting, teas and coffees saw them raise more “an outstanding £514.86“.
