Back in the Spring, we shared a short video featuring the planned ?7m of investment: click on the block below to view the clip from STV News broadcast at the time.
The development is being delivered by Fife Council, Cupar Development Trust and Kingdom Housing Association. Kingdom Housing Association and Fife Council are proposing to build 23?new affordable homes and one commercial unit. The properties will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and houses:

Comments are invited from any interested parties on the proposed plans – and feedback received by 24 November 2020 will be considered prior to the formal planning application being made.
