Heids and Herts Scotland have been funded by the University of St Andrews Community Fund to bring together The Village Creative .
“Everyone is an artist” wrote Joseph Beuys.
This first series of the The Village Creative is about helping communities to reconnect, inviting each of us to discover the benefits of developing our creativity, finding new ways to express ourselves and dusting down hidden talents.
