Craig joined Anderson Smith Insurance Brokers at the start of this year. He says: “I have worked within the insurance industry for 17 years for both an insurance company and insurance brokers. Together with my colleagues, we strive to build strong relationships with our clients, very much focused on face to face personal service.

The company launched in 2020 and has won a reputation for delivering “expert yet straightforward” advice to businesses, owners and directors. Craig adds: “We like to think of ourselves as a modern business built on ‘old fashioned’ values – no automated systems or call centres.

When you call Anderson Smith, Craig explains: “You are speaking with someone who will remember your name and the details of your business. You will get their contact details and be able to speak to the same person time after time – when you need to speak with them. Where possible we meet our clients at their place of business, home address or at our office so that we can have a real conversation to get to know you and your business. We can then establish exactly what you want and need from your insurance programme.” He adds: “When you approach us, we will act as your agents and are here exclusively to look after your best interests. Our staff are all trained professionals with no need to use a call script: every call with every customer is unique.

Take a walk up the mount or visit nearby Cairnie Fruit Farm or The Scottish Deer Centre.
